Car bomb in Benghazi kills at least 15

London, Asharq Al-Awsat—A car bomb was detonated Monday afternoon outside Al-Jala hospital in Benghazi, killing at least 15 people and injuring over 30, according to the Libyan deputy interior minister, Abdullah Masoud.
